PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for restraining babies for a table for changing diapers and a table for changing diapers which enable a user to change and care of the belt easily while retaining a function of restraining babies and are designed to save a space in a case that plural tables for changing diapers are placed.;SOLUTION: Holes 96 for attaching a belt 95 are aligned with holes 75 made on a leather coated cloth 73 found on a floor mat 70. Nuts 12 of a belt plate 10 are inserted into the holes 96 for attaching the belt 95 and holes 75 on the leather coated cloth 73. While inserting the nuts 12, the belt plate 10 is pushed and fitted into a depression formed on urethane of the floor mat 70. Bolts 20 are inserted into holes 74 found on a board 71 of the floor mat 70 and are fastened to the nuts 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
