PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve error correction capability having been long awaited because technological limitations reside in the error correction capability of conventional arts.;SOLUTION: A signal including a convolution code and a block code is acquired in correcting errors in the signal, decoding of the convolution code and the block code for the acquired signal is executed, and decoding of the convolution code and the block code is again executed so that information not corrected by decoding applied to the convolution code may be corrected on the basis of the information corrected by the decoding of the block code.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
