PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ink-introducing member made from a fiber bundle, by which the ink-introducing member having the same or larger workability and performance than those of conventional members and having high safety performance can be produced using existing processes, installations and buildings as such in a state safe in the fields of worker work environments, atmospheric environment exhausts, aquatic environment drainages, and the like without using methylene chloride. SOLUTION: This method for producing the ink-introducing member made from the fiber bundle, comprising paralleling the fibers in the longitudinal direction, coating the paralleled fibers with a thermosetting resin-based adhesive liquid, thermally treating the coated fibers, and then forming the treated fibers into a fiber bundle having a prescribed outer shape is characterized by dissolving the thermosetting resin-based adhesive in one or more carboxylates represented by the formula 1: CH3 OOC(CH2 )n COOH3 [(n) is an integer of 2 to 4] and then using the obtained solution.
