Interactive audio announcement exchange bureau presents to the user of the audio network which has been made interactive audio announcement, reservation state. The user signal response sends to the reception system from the user device, after being placed in reservation state, holding time, and the parameter which is annexed to signal response are received from the reception system. Making use this holding time and of parameter, from one or the plural interactive audio announcements which is sent from the advertiser, interactive audio announcement is selected. The interactive audio announcement which is selected, audio message, the user how doing, whether this audio message it operates mutually, includes with the application which is ordered. Audio message and application of the audio interactive audio announcement which is selected are sent to the reception system.
