PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network service system capable of guiding service matched with application condition. PSOLUTION: The network service system 10 comprises a plurality of service providing apparatuses 18 for providing service corresponding to service requests received through a communication network 12, a plurality of user apparatuses 16 for transmitting respective service requests to respective service providing apparatuses 18 through the communication network 12 and receiving service provided from the service providing apparatuses 18 and a service guide apparatus 14 for guiding each user apparatus 16 to transmit a service request to any one of the plurality of service providing apparatus 18. Where, the service guide apparatus 14 acquires an application state information indicating a service application state of each user apparatus 16, generates service relevance information (service map) indicating the relevance of contents of service provided from the service providing apparatuses 18 on the basis of the acquired application state information and transmits the service relevance information to the user apparatus 16.
