PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic apparatus such as a navigation apparatus which if vehicle section information registered in an ETC on-vehicle device connected to the on-vehicle electronic apparatus is different from vehicle section information registered in the on-vehicle electronic apparatus, is capable of inhibiting the use of an ETC system.;SOLUTION: When the ETC on-vehicle device is connected to the navigation apparatus which is the on-vehicle apparatus, a vehicle section specification part specifies vehicle section information included setup information encrypted and stored in a setup information storage part. A control part compares the specified vehicle section information with vehicle section information prestored in the navigation apparatus, and when the vehicle section information is different from the stored one, controls the ETC on-vehicle device so as to inhibit the use of the ETC system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
