PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent and treat various immune inflammatory disorders, metabolic syndromes and oxidation stress disorders by a food-derived substance exhibiting anti-inflammatory activity and/or antioxidant activity.;SOLUTION: The composition exhibiting anti-inflammatory activity and/or antioxidant activity includes a hot water extract from a mushroom belonging to the family Coprinaceae.
