PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-permeable passage member for a reclamation facility and the reclamation facility using the gas-permeable passage member. PSOLUTION: The gas-permeable passage member 11 for a reclamation facility 10 installed in underground containing groundwater and permeating gases in the facility for burying and disposing of waste in the inside is installed in at least a part of a hardly permeable water shielding layer 14 covering the surrounding of the waste 13 arranged inside a support 12, a cylindrical vessel 15 with a good rigidity both the ends of which are opened, a filling part 16 comprising a material easier in permeability than the water shielding layer 14 filling the cylindrical vessel 15, and a protruding high-gas-permeable member installed in the generating side of the gas in the filling part 16.
