PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection-molding mold of an outer cylinder of a syringe capable of producing a uniform resin molded article by controlling a flow of a molten resin between a cavity and a core, and to provide a manufacturing method of the outer cylinder of the syringe.;SOLUTION: The injection-molding mold 1 has a top surface portion-forming part 11 with a nozzle portion-forming part 12, a cylindrical portion-forming part 13, two face-to-face arranged molten resin injecting gates 25 or three or more molten resin injecting gates 25 arranged at an approximately same interval, these gates being mounted on a top surface portion-forming part 21 of an outer mold part 2, and an annular protruding part 29 mounted on the inner surface of the outer mold part 2 located on the circumferential margin side of the top surface portion-forming part 11 and/or the outer surface of the core 3.
