PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire detection system, a fire alarm, or a fire detector which more accurately detects the occurrence of a fire in its initial stage.;SOLUTION: A fire alarm 10 which monitors a fire, on the basis of a state of a prescribed physical quantity within a prescribed monitoring region, includes a smoke sensor 11 for sensing smoke and a CO sensor 12, installed in a place different from the smoke sensor 11, or combustion device installed in the prescribed monitoring region. It is determined whether a fire has broken out, on the basis of the monitoring result of the smoke sensor 11 and the monitoring result of the CO sensor 12, or operational information for confirming the operation states of the smoke sensor 11 and of the combustion device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
