As for method of this invention, being the method of controlling the eddy structure inside the turbulent air jet, the needle of 1 where it is connected to alternating current volts source pair, generates the corona discharge of pulse condition at least between the needle. As for one side of the needle, paralleling to the flow, it is arranged, another side of the needle is arranged in the direction which crosses the flow, generates the resonance effect of corona discharge of pulse condition vis-a-vis eddy structure.
