PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the replacement of procurement points with the other shop while holding the advantage (owner's merit) of a card issuer including the enclosure of users.;SOLUTION: In a shop A, stored points for the procurement of 45,000 yen is 1350 P (number of owner points) (201). Next, the value is decreased by an amount of a rate (90%) predetermined between shops for the stored points through the use in shop B (use of non-owner's shop). Specifically, 90% is multiplied by the owner points of 1350 P to provide 1350×90%=1215 P (number of non-owner's points) (202). Since the procurement in shop B is 31,000 yen, when all points are used, a discount is made by the points equivalent to 1215 yen, and the amount for the use becomes 29, 795 yen.
