PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix and decalcify bone tissue samples containing bone marrow by a simple operation in a short time, to provide acquired tissue with a satisfactory dying property, and to facilitate slicing.;SOLUTION: A composition for fixing and decalcifying bone tissue samples containing bone marrow contains picric acid; formalin; and acetic acid and contains 300 parts by volume of a saturated picric acid aqueous solution; 50-150 parts by volume of neutral formalin; and 10-30 parts by volume of acetic acid or 300 parts by volume of a saturated picric acid aqueous solution; 100 parts by volume of neutral formalin; and 20 parts by volume of acetic acid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
