PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which measures an abdominal circumference precisely and easily and measures both the abdominal circumference and an impedance, and a device capable of measuring internal fat tissues adhered to or deposited in the periphery of the internal organ tissues and information on subcutaneous fat tissue layers deposited on subcutaneous layers easily with a high precision. PSOLUTION: The device comprises a first device part and a second device part which move on the abdominal circumference while being separated from each other and obtains the abdominal circumference based on a moving distance measured by each device part. The device has a roller member used to measure the abdominal circumference by rolling the roller member on the abdominal circumference of a subject and an impedance measuring part for measuring an impedance at the trunk of the body of the subject and measures the truncal fat of the subject by utilizing the measured abdominal circumference and impedance. The device comprises the first and second device parts used in pairs, and the roller members and the impedance measuring parts are respectively provided on the first and second device parts.
