PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite rubber particle excellent in transparency; a composite rubber-reinforced vinyl resin comprising the composite rubber particle; and a thermoplastic resin composition capable of giving a molded product excellent in light transmissibility, transparency and mechanical strength and excellent in coloration clarity in the case where a colorant is contained.;SOLUTION: The composite rubber particle has a resin particle consisting of the undermentioned component (A) and having a weight-average particle diameter of ≤50 nm and a coating part formed on at least part of the surface of the resin particle and consisting of the undermentioned component (B), and it has one refractive index and a weight average particle diameter of 5-3,000 nm. The component (A) is a polymer from a monomer consisting of 0.01-5 mass% of a polyfunctional monomer (a1) and 95-99.99 mass% of another vinyl monomer (a2) and is a resin having a glass transition temperature of ≥0°C. The component (B) is a polymer from a monomer consisting of 0.01-5 mass% of a polyfunctional monomer (b1) and 95-99.99 mass% of another vinyl monomer (b2) and is a rubbery polymer having a glass transition temperature of 0°C and a refractive index lower than that of the component (A).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
