PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for ameliorating the skin, and for ameliorating and curing pollinosis; and to provide a cosmetic cream, toilet water, a body lotion and a black vinegar beverage. PSOLUTION: The additive for ameliorating the skin is obtained by adding 0.09-0.8 pt.wt. pyridoxine hydrochloride, 0.003-0.03 pt.wt. biotin and 0.5-30.0 pts.wt.
