PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an photography control device, program and method and a photographic device which can obtain an image reduced in influence of disturbance light. PSOLUTION: The device is equipped with a timing controller 1 which implements a first processing which obtains a first image, by making a camera 3 acquire an image with a lighting section 2 turned on, and also does second processing by making a camera acquire an image with a lighting section 2 turned off and an adjuster 11, which adjusts a light exposure of the camera in the subsequent first and second processing, based on the first and second images obtained by the timing controller 1.
