PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply method of back-filtration dialysate in a hemodialyzer supplying back-filtration dialysate at a high flow rate; and to provide the hemodialyzer using the method. PSOLUTION: This supply method of the back-filtration dialysate is characterized in using the hemodialyzer which has a hemodialysis element 1 between a blood circuit 3 and a dialysate circuit 4, and at least two chambers 21 and 22 consisting of quantitative containers divided into two cells, fresh dialysate side cells 27 and 28 and used dialysate side cells 27 and 28 respectively, receiving the fresh dialysate in the fresh dialysate side cell of one chamber, supplying the used dialysate pushed and discharged from the used dialysate side cell of one chamber via a diaphragm to the used dialysate side cell of the other chamber, supplying the fresh dialysate pushed and discharged from the fresh dialysate side cell of the other chamber via the diaphragm to the blood dialysis element, and passing the supplied fresh dialysate to the blood circuit through a dialysis membrane by a back-filtration method.
