PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor of the dimerization of a protein having tyrosine kinase activities, and to provide a method for screening a carcinogenesis inhibitor.;SOLUTION: There is provided the inhibitor of the dimerization of the protein having the tyrosine kinase activities, using a thiol compound as an active ingredient. The thiol compound is one or more kinds selected from cysteine, N-acetylcysteine (NAC) and cysteine derivatives having thiol groups.
