TERRESTRIAL/SATELLITE SHARED CELLULAR PHONE SYSTEM AND SYSTEM INTERFERENCE REDUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a terrestrial/satellite shared cellular phone system in which frequency utilization efficiency is improved and a frequency can be shared. PSOLUTION: In accordance with a frequency duplex system including a communication satellite, a satellite terminal, a terrestrial terminal, a base station and a feeder link station and using first and second frequency bands, the communication satellite communicates with the satellite terminal and the feeder link station, the satellite terminal communicates with the communication satellite, the terrestrial terminal communicates with the base station and the base station communicates with the communication satellite and the terrestrial terminal via the feeder link station. A reverse system is operated in the first frequency band by downlink from the communication satellite to the satellite terminal and by uplink from the terrestrial terminal to the base station and in the second frequency band by uplink from the satellite terminal to the communication satellite and by downlink from the base station to the terrestrial terminal. Furthermore, the first frequency band is operated while being divided into downlink for satellite and uplink for base station and the second frequency band is operated while being divided into uplink for satellite and downlink for base station.
