PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optimum uniformly formed pulp web when a cellulose pulp within an optional concentration range is fed.;SOLUTION: This apparatus is designed to distribute cellulose pulp at a low or a medium concentration and is used for forming the uniform pulp web running from a distributing apparatus in a treating apparatus for the cellulose pulp. The distributing apparatus is equipped with a cylindrical distributing apparatus housing horizontally and transversely arranged relatively to the pulp web and an inlet for the cellulose pulp provided at one end of the distributing apparatus housing on the pulp web side. The pulp is fed from the inlet over the whole length of the distributing apparatus housing by a means for rotating feed screws 14 and 15 to form an initial web through outlets 7 arranged along a straight-line generator of jacket surfaces 3a/3b of the distributing apparatus. The distribution of the optimum low-concentration pulp is obtained by the holes 7 arranged along the generator on the jacket surface of the distributing apparatus housing. The holes 7 have a defined hole diameter D and mutually separated at an interval of a distance X.
