PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately correct detection results of radiation spectra detected by discriminating radiation spectra by each of a plurality of radiation detection elements disposed adjacent to one another for each energy.;SOLUTION: A radiation detection device (100) for detecting radiation by discriminating radiation at each energy band with a width of 1[keV] by each of a plurality of semiconductor detection elements (2-1, 2-2, ...) disposed adjacent to one another includes: a response function storage means (40) storing a response function indicating propagation of incident energy from the semiconductor detection element (2-1) into other semiconductor detection elements (2-2, 2-3, ...) and propagation of incident energy in the energy direction within the semiconductor detection element (2-1) for each incident energy; and a detection result correction means (11) for correcting the detection result by the semiconductor detection element (2-1) based on the response function and the detection result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
