Mice with deletion of c-Jun and JunB can be specifically induced in the epidermis c-Jun and JunB is or is missing, and how to obtain such a mouse in the epidermis. Keratinocytes derived from it, is useful as an animal model of psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis and the mouse.
