PHONEME CODE-CONVERTING DEVICE, PHONEME CODE DATABASE, AND VOICE SYNTHESIZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phoneme code-converting device capable of improving articulation at voice synthesis time on the basis of a coded data by obtaining a syllable code in which frequency variation is accurately extracted by improving time resolution while maintaining frequency analysis precision.;SOLUTION: A syllable recording signal which consists of J sample rows is expanded in time sequence Q times, to make J×Q sample rows (a). A unit section which consists of T (TJ) samples for sample rows is set over all sections, and P pieces of codes are created by performing frequency analysis in each unit section. For each code, each pitch is multiplied by Q, and time information is multiplied by 1/Q and the code is corrected (b). A total sum of energy values is obtained by multiplying the code by time difference of sounding start time and end time by pitch for the syllable code which is consisted as a code group, and an integral energy value is obtained by multiplying all energy total values by pitch among a plurality of syllable codes. A high rank pitch in which the value is high is extracted, and intensity, the start time and the end time corresponding to each pitch are set, and a phoneme code is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
