PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoassay technology that improves the immunoassay method based on the conventional solid phase method, stabilizes fixed antigen (ligand), can achieve highly sensitive immunoassay, and can control measuring sensitivity and measuring range according to the measuring purpose.;SOLUTION: The immunoassay method of a specimen comprises (i) a process of fixing a competition antigen competing with the specimen in binding affinity with the antibody to the specimen and a non-competition material that does not compete with the specimen in the binding affinity with the antibody on the insoluble support body, (ii) a process of making the specimen and the competition antigen on the insoluble support body react to the antibody competitively, and (iii) a process of measuring an antibody caught on the insoluble support body via the competition antigen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
