PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a porous substance, which is used not only for catalysts, adsorbents, catalyst supports, ion exchangers and gas storage, but also, as having a nanospace on the order of nanometer, for either receiving or separating guest molecules, and of a mixed metal oxide which is used for functional ceramics.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a porous substance and a mixed metal oxide comprises using a microwave as a heat source and a continuous stirred reactor CSR, controlling a temperature by measuring directly a temperature of slurry consisting of a reactant, a solvent and a product, and controlling pressure by measuring vapor-phase pressure, thereby achieves high operation stability and reproducibility, easy control over a dwell time and an increased output; and the continuously manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a porous substance and a mixed metal oxide enables to accomplish the above manufacturing method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
