PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure the inclusion ratio of a specified tissue by raster scan being a simple scanning and by simple logic.;SOLUTION: The inclusion ratio of the specified tissue is obtained in the CT tomographic image of a subject in a CT tomographic image diagnosing method. The method is provided with a process for generating the binary image of a designated region of interest R concerning a CT tomographic image on a display screen and obtaining the number of first pixels corresponding to the region of interest R (corresponding to an area SR) with respect to the obtained first binary image, a process for binarizing the CT tomographic image comprised in the region of interest R within the range of the CT threshold of the specified tissue and obtaining the number of second pixels corresponding to the specified tissue (corresponding to an area SF) with respect to the obtained second binary image, and a process for obtaining the ratio of the number of the first pixels to the number of the second pixels(corresponding to SF/SR).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
