PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce storage capacity by reducing the amount of calculations and the time for analysis while maintaining the accuracy of the analysis.;SOLUTION: A mesh-size calculating process part which comprises a control part 2 calculates the size of the largest mesh based on analysis condition information. An opening extracting/removing process part extracts an opening having a smaller area than the largest mesh, stores opening information in a storage part 3, removes the opening from a wiring pattern, and changes the wiring pattern to one without the opening having a smaller area than the largest mesh. A mesh-dividing process part divides the wiring pattern into meshes. A correction value calculating part reads the opening information, obtains the mesh from which the opening has been removed, and calculates a correction value. A model parameter calculating process part determines the parameter of the model for each mesh based on circuit information and obtains a parameter corrected based on the correction value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
