PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate having a mixed membrane provided on its surface which efficiently detects only a target physiological molecule, suppresses the inhibitive adsorption due to another molecule and stably repeats high-sensitivity measurements of a molecule to be detected, and to provide a protein detection method that uses the substrate.;SOLUTION: In the substrate to which the mixed membrane composed of a compound (A), having a saccharide bonded to protein at its terminal and a compound (B) having a region, which suppresses the bonding of protein to the substrate, is bonded chemically, and the terminal saccharide of the compound (A) is formed into a state of protruding from the surface of the mixed membrane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
