PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space-saving lightweight conduction noise suppressor that has a high conduction noise suppression effect per volume, suppresses the conduction noise that forms the source of radiation noise, and enables countermeasures to be easily taken for an electronic component, and the electronic component with the conduction noise suppressor.
