COMPOSITE MOLDED BODY COMPOSED OF SOFT RESIN COMPOSITION AND MEMBRANE ELASTIC BODY COMPRISING THE SOFT RESIN COMPOSITION AND HARD RESIN MOLDED BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft resin composition excellent in adhesive property in a co-extrusion molding with a hard resin, and also used for molding a filmy elastomer excellent in molding property, endurance and buffering function simply and at a low cost, and further a composite molded material constituted by the filmy elastomer consisting of the above soft resin composition with the hard rein molded material. SOLUTION: This soft resin composition is formed by 100 pts.wt. urethane- based thermoplastic elastomer having 65-75 degree hardness (JISA), with 10-40 pt.wt. polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer having 85-95 degree hardness (JISA) and 20-60 pt.wt. styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer having 65-75 degree hardness (JISA). By performing a co-extrusion molding of the formed soft resin composition with the hard resin to form a molded part of the hard resin with a filmy elastomer having 0.3-1.0 mm film thickness adhered with the hard resin on at least 1 line having 0.3-2.0 mm width and also a filmy elastomer constituting a hollow structure with the molded part of the hard resin by adhering its both ends with the molded part of the hard resin on 2 lines.
