PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming cutting line which is line symmetry with respect to a center sealed part as an axis of symmetry, point symmetry or asymmetry, and a tubular label having a cutting line formed by the method.;SOLUTION: A shrinkable film F formed as a tubular shape (hereinafter referred to as a tubular film F) is formed by overlapping and sealing with a solvent or the like the both end parts of the shrinkable film F having a pair of perforations M formed at the both end sides of the width direction. The tubular film F is folded as a sheet-like form so that a line between a pair of the perforations M, M which is a region where the cutting line C is to be formed is positioned in the center part of the width direction. The folded tubular film F is inserted between a die cutter roll 41 having a cutting line forming blade 42 and an anvil roll.
