PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transmit arbitrary information between salesclerks using the same merchandise sales data processor.;SOLUTION: A memo image 301 is displayed at a display part for an operator, the input of memo information is declared (memo image 301a) by the operation of an input part, and the inputted memo information is displayed on the memo image 301a. Furthermore, desired operator information can be selected and specified from the operator information 401a (for instance, the names of salesclerks) stored beforehand, and identification information (for instance, an officer code) corresponding to the selected and specified operator information and the memo information are associated.
