PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display section rotation device 10 of a portable display apparatus 1 having a rotating machine having both variability and stability of the display direction of the display section with a simple structure.;SOLUTION: This display section rotation device 10 of the portable display apparatus 1 is used for turnably attaching the display section 3 to a support section 4 thereof.
