PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for guiding a supply facility, and a computer program for supplying energy by taking the change of price for supply in even the same supply facility depending on time zone into account. PSOLUTION: In the method, a plurality of charging facilities on a route from a current position of own vehicle to destination are detected when the destination is set, expected arrival times when own vehicle arrives at respective detected charging facilities are computed, and the prices of charging at the expected arrival times are compared by taking the prices of charging being different depending on time zone into account to select the charging facility for charging vehicle so that the cost required for charging becomes the minimum extent and guide vehicle to the selected charging facility.
