The Commission has previously found Aspire/Apevia International Corp., Ltd.; XiodAxpertec, Inc.; JPAC Computer, Inc.; Sunbeam Co.; Super Flower Computer, Inc.; Taiwan Youngyear Electronics Co., Ltd.; Sun Pro Electronics Co., Ltd.; and Leadman Electronic Co., Ltd. in default for failing to respond to the Notice of Investigation and the Complaint that alleged a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 9 1337) in the unlawful importation and sale of certain coupler devices for power supply facilities, components thereof, and products containing same by reason of infiingement of claims 1-14 of U.S. Patent No. 6,935,902 (the 902 patent).
