PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opener for a film can lid of a positive-pressure can, which can excellently adjust a gas discharging speed and gas discharging conditions of the can at the time of opening the same, prevents a blowout of gas involving contents of the can, allows good cutting operation of the film lid by the user by exhibiting stable movement of a cutting edge at the time of opening, prevents the film lid from falling into the container after cutting, and exhibits good shaping of an opening edge after cutting, thereby leading to easy and safe opening of the can.;SOLUTION: The can 2 has its interior pressurized higher than the atmospheric pressure, and allows the can lid which is at least partly formed of a film body, to be attached to a can body 3. The opener functions to tear and open a film body of the can lid, and has a cutter stand 31 rotatable with respect to the can lid, and three or more cutting edges 32 protruding from the cutter stand 31 toward the center of rotation.
