PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraper used for a cleaning tool of a shellfish surface cleaner for scraping and removing deposits such as algae and underwater drifting dust adhering on the surface of the shell of shellfish, and to provide the cleaning tool of the shell surface cleaner using the scraper.;SOLUTION: The scraper is produced by attaching a large number of scraping bodies on the outer periphery of an attaching body on which a rotation shaft can be attached. Alternatively, a large number of scraping bodies are attached at predetermined intervals on the outer surface of a rotary drum on which a rotation shaft can be attached or which can be integrally formed with the rotation shaft. In the scraper, the tip end side of the scraping bodies can be tilted in the same direction as a rotating direction or in the reverse direction, and all the scraping bodies can be tilted in the same direction or part of the scraping bodies may be tilted in the reverse direction to constitute a mixture of the bodies tilted in different directions. Further, all the tip end sides of the scraping bodies can be tilted in the same angle or some of them may be tilted in a different angle.
