PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage caused by a fraud in which a fraudster says that an account of a payee has been changed.;SOLUTION: A payee confirmation system 2 comprises: a transfer records database 1DB that stores transfer records information FR showing payees and transfer amounts of the past transfers by associating them with payers; a transfer request information receiving part 201 that receives transfer request information DT1 showing the payee specified by a customer; a payee credibility discrimination part 202 that discriminates whether it is suspicious that the payee shown in the transfer request information DT1 is different from the proper account for the transfer based on the transfer records information FR with which the customer is associated as the payer; a discrimination result notification part 203 that, when it is discriminated that is likely, performs processing for outputting to the customer a message to the effect that the customer should be careful about the payee; and a transfer processing execution ordering part 205 that, when it is discriminated that the payee is suspicious, awaits the permission from the customer and, if the customer's permission is not obtained, suspends transfer processing concerning the transfer request.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
