PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the cost of a sensor gets high, because a current sensor having a rated value capable of measuring a current in the whole scene is high in a unit price, and because such the sensor as measuring precision for a residual amount of an electric power source gets worse by a hysteresis is not able to be used, as a hysteresis characteristic exists in some of the current sensors even when using within a rating. The device 3 for computing the residual amount of the electric power source for measuring a current value input/output from the power source 1 connected to the load 5 by the current sensor 2a and for computing the residual amount of the electric power source by integration of the current values is provided with a correction computing means 3a for finding an estimated current value, using an arithmetic processing result of electric power for operating the load 5, during a period where the prescribed hysteresis is generated in the measured current value, and for correcting the residual amount of the power source in current consumption or charge, using the estimated current value.
