PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the cost of a sensor gets high, because a current sensor having a rated value capable of measuring a current in the whole scene is high in a unit price, and because such the sensor as measuring precision for a residual amount of an electric power source gets worse by a hysteresis is not able to be used, as a hysteresis characteristic exists in some of the current sensors even when using within a rating. PSOLUTION: The electric power source 1 supplies electric power to a load 5 via a voltage sensor 2v, the current sensor 2a, a device 3 of the present invention for computing the residual amount of the electric power source connected to a temperature sensor 2t, and a controller 4.
