PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lancet integrated body liquid measurement apparatus which is improved in convenience of use by simple operation and can heighten certainty of measurement by remarkably reducing a required specimen amount. PSOLUTION: This lancet integrated body liquid measurement apparatus comprises a body 20 and a mounted body 30 to be mounted on the body 20. The mounted body 30 is equipped with a skin abutting face 35a, a plate shape sensor 36 set along the skin abutting face 35a, and a puncture body 31 which is movable between an advance position where the tip end projects from the skin abutting face 35a and an evacuation position where the tip end retracts from the skin abutting face 35a. The body 20 is equipped with driving mechanisms 23, 32 to drive advance of electronic circuit 33 for obtaining measurement signals via terminals 25a, 25a in contact and communicated with electrodes 36f, 36h of a sensor 36 equipped on a mounted body 37 when the mounted body 37 is mounted on and the puncture body 31 for positioning the puncture body 31 at an advance position.
