Disclosed is an anti-alopecia agent comprising a super anti-apoptotic protein which is effective for the prevention of alopecia caused by cell death. An anti-alopecia agent comprising, as the active ingredient, a FNK protein having at least one of the substations of Tyr-22 by Phe, Gln-26 by Asn and Arg-165 by Lys in a Bcl-xSUBL/SUB protein.
