PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device bringing benefit to both a user and an advertiser when detaching advertisement data from content data, and capable of further spreading the content data and an advertisement distribution business. PSOLUTION: A cellphone 3 has: a related information acquisition part 311 acquiring advertisement-related information associated to the advertisement data and provided separately from the advertisement data from the outside; and a restriction release part 312 acquiring release permission information imparted from the outside according to the acquisition of the advertisement-related information by the related information acquisition part 311, and releasing restriction involving reproduction of the associated advertisement data when reproducing the content data, on the basis of the release permission information.
