PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a color that a user wishes to reproduce even if creating a look-up table of a set color conversion profile to be a look-up table comprising a limited number of lattice points. PSOLUTION: A preservation color designation section 110b designates color that the user inputs and wishes to preserve. A lattice point address determination section 110c determines an input color designated by the preservation color designation section 110b as the address value of one lattice point of a multi-dimensional look-up table comprising a predetermined number of lattice points, and determines the address value of other lattice points with the address value of one lattice point as a reference. A multi-dimensional look-up table calculation section 110d derives an output color with the address value of each lattice point determined by the lattice point address determination section as an input color, based on an arbitrary number of grid points profile, and calculates a multi-dimensional look-up table with the output color as a lattice point value corresponding to each lattice point of the multi-dimensional look-up table.
