PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling a driver to listen to powerful engine sound in comparatively small volume during driving a vehicle.;SOLUTION: A reference frequency calculating part 1031 calculates a reference frequency based on rotational speed r of an engine measured by a rotational speed sensor 14. A transmissive frequency band identifying part 1032 specifies a frequency band, of which the center frequency is obtained by multiplying the reference frequency by a predetermined number, as a transmissive frequency band. A transmission filtering part 1033 receives a waveform signal showing the engine sound, and transmits the frequency components of the received waveform signal only in the transmissive frequency band, and transfers the components to a distorted sound waveform creating part 1034. The distorted sound waveform creating part 1034 distorts the sound waveform signal received from the transmission filtering part 1033, and creates a distorted sound waveform signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
