PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film containing a photocatalyst apatite that fully exerts antibacterial action, antifouling action, and the like, allows fouling to be easily removed, and is excellent in transparency, a method for forming the same, a coating liquid for forming a film containing a photocatalyst apatite, and an electronic device having a region covered with the film containing a photocatalyst apatite.;SOLUTION: The film containing a photocatalyst apatite includes an inorganic coating principal material and a powdered photocatalyst apatite and a powdered titanium oxide dispersed in the inorganic coating principal material, and the total content of the photocatalyst and titanium oxide is 0.01 to 5 wt%.
