PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient and safety cable stringing work.;SOLUTION: A main arm 53 having free derricking and expanding motion is mounted on a loading space and an auxiliary arm 54 is provided at the end of the main arm 53. Furthermore, the end of the main arm 53 and the end of the auxiliary arm 54 are provided with a first rope holder 61 and a second rope holder 62, respectively, for holding two ropes mounted at the end of a cable to be strung. In the case of intersecting a branch line 213, the first rope holder 61 is located on the front side of the branch line 213 and the second rope holder 62 is located on the rear side of the branch line 213 with the auxiliary arm 54 extending to the moving direction of a body, and one of the two ropes is removed from the first rope holder 61 and held by the second rope holder 62 at the opposite side in the moving direction of the body 10 and then the other of the two ropes is removed from the first rope holder 61 and held by the second rope holder 62 at the opposite side in the moving direction of the body 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
