PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal intake noise reduction device not dropping sealing performance of an intake passage with less assembly man-hour, an internal combustion engine provided with the same, and an abnormal intake noise reduction device mounting structure for the internal combustion engine.;SOLUTION: The abnormal intake noise reduction device 1 includes a gasket 2 provided with a ring part 2a gripped between connection surfaces of an intake passage 100 and a projection storage part 2b extending in an intake passage center direction from the ring part 2a, and a net member 3 provided with a net part 3a for rectifying intake air flow and a connection projection part 3b extending in an intake passage outward from the net part 3a.
