PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance assembly 58 of a rotary turbine constituent element such as a turbine rotor capable of being used for trim balance or re-balance of the rotor under a condition where a turbine engine is completely or substantially assembled, and a balance assembly 58 having a balance weight 66 attached therein.;SOLUTION: This balance assembly 58 is provided with a balance weight retention member 62 including a slot 90 formed inside along "a" circumference direction outer circumference 92 or at least a part thereof. The slot 90 includes a balance weight fixing member 70 combined to the balance weight 66 to move the balance weight 66 by separating from a bottom surface 94 to make shoulder surfaces 152, 156 engage with side walls 102, 106 in a balance weight engagement section 114 and thus keeping the balance weight 66 at a fixing position in the slot 90.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
