PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide service which is simple in configuration, is accessible with relatively simple operation, and easily comprehends a relationship between a real space and guide information.;SOLUTION: Space to provide guide information is provided with a circle ID mark 1 in which respective letters constituting an ID are arranged in a circle. A user of a terminal device 2 inputs characters on the circle ID mark to the terminal device 2 in prescribed order. The terminal device 2 regards the input character string as an ID and transmits it to a server device 3. The server device 3 uses position direction ID management data including an ID expressed by the circle ID mark 1, position information on the circle ID mark 1, and vector information indicating a gaze direction to acquire and detect a position of the terminal device 2 corresponding to the ID and the gaze direction of the user of the terminal device 2. The server device 3 transmits to the terminal device 2 the guide information including the detected position of the terminal device 2 and gaze direction of the user of the terminal device 2, while the terminal device 2 displays the guide information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
